Once you have decided on which products you would like to purchase, add them to your "basket" and continue to "check out", you will then need to fill out you delivery and contact details and decide on your payment method, once this is completed you will be contacted by a member of staff (within 1 to 2 working days) to arrange delivery on your preferred day / time, check *Delivery Times* for further details. Also check *Delivery / Terms for Free Delivery* to see if you are eligible for free delivery.
Currently on this website we only accept paypal payments other methods will be available soon.
In our showroom we accept all major credit cards and Cash, we also accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D), in which you can leave a deposit and pay the remaining sum on delivery to our delivery driver, you can also pay the full amount on delivery depending on the item / items you are purchasing.
We also accept Cheques however items cannot be delivered until the cheque has been cleared.
You may also pay weekly, once the total has been payed we can then deliver the items on your preferred day / time.

We deliver free to any address within 15 miles of our showroom / warehouse but conditions apply, please check our minimum order for free delivery section.

All Customers outside the free delivery zone willl be charged for delivery.

We deliver 6 days a week during the evening between 5:30pm - 9.00pm
and on Sundays between 4:00pm - 6:00pm
Please note that we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timescale however unforseen delays can occur.
Price Match Offer
We offer a price match in which we can offer the same or a better price on a product being sold by another company which is exactly the same as one which we are retailing as long as these conditions are met:
-The price includes delivery and VAT
-The Item / Product is Brand new and not returned stock, second hand, reconditioned, damaged, faulty, discontinued / end of line.
-Excludes all items on special offer or sale and must be the Items normal price.
-The Items must be identical (same name, from the same manufacturer / supplier and manufactured from the same materials)
-You must also provide correct and sufficient information (Website name / link in which the price, delivery charge and additional charges are clearly mentioned)
-Only Applicable to Items that are in stock and available within the United Kingdom
This cannot be applied once items have already been purchased or an order has already been placed. We also have the right to refuse the price match offer if we are at a loss.
Assembly / Build Service
Many items arrive at our warehouse flat packed direct from the manufacturer, step by step instructions are included with all furniture however we also offer a free build service on some smaller items (contact us before purchasing to see if this is applicable to your chosen item / items), all items that the free build service does not apply to will have a charge (minimum £10 charge up wards) depending on the item and quantity. Due to our busy timescale we may not be able to do a full build service with certain items, please contact us to find out more.
Returns / Cancellations
We offer a full money back guarantee for all goods bought from the website / store, excluding any delivery charges, if the returned item is unused, in the original packaging and in the condition in which you received it within 7 days following the day of delivery.
Should your goods be faulty (manufacturing fault), we will offer to replace the faulty parts for you. If we cannot provide replacement parts and you do not wish to reselect to another product then you can request a full refund excluding delivery charges if a delivery charge has been applied, goods that you have damaged will not be replaced and you will not be refunded however we may try and repair your self damaged goods in situations where we believe we can repair them to a usuable standard.
You have the right to cancel your order prior to delivery for a full refund.
Should delivery have taken place, you must retain possession and take care of the goods until we arrange to collect them. The goods must also be in the original packaging and unassembled in which you received them. We will refund you any money paid excluding the delivery charge if applicable.
This Excludes: Ex Display, Sold as Seen and Clearance Items.
